No, and I'm not going to. Some of what he says is true, but imho it is too extreme. Humans are omnivores; scientific palaeontological evidence proves that humans have always eaten proteins, fats, and carbs--fruits, grains, roots, leafy greens--pretty much anything we still eat. The problem is refined carbs, especially white sugars and flours, and their inclusion in virtually all processed foods. Besides, although it is true that human genes haven't changed much since we were hunter-gatherers, our gut flora--a vital aspect of digestion--is constantly changing and evolving. A healthy gut has about 100 trillion bacteria, outnumbering the cells in our bodies by a factor of ten to one. That matters too.

You work out at a gym.

A qualified yes...iirc, spinosaurids lived some 112 to 97 million years ago, and were (probably) the largest carnivorous dinosaurs. Estimates published in 2005, 2007, 2008, and 2014 suggested that they were larger than Tyrannosaurus and Giganotosaurus. They are believed to have averaged between 12.6–18 metres (41–59 ft) in length and 7 to 20.9 tonnes (7.7 to 23.0 short tons) in weight, so a 60 footer would have weighed closer to 46,000 lbs/20,865.25 kg.

You are intrigued by palaeontology. :D

A little bit, mostly having to do with the odd but scientifically researched correlations to illness susceptibility and birth month. Given the profound impact of very subtle influences on embryological development (influences separate from genetics), I don't think physiological and even psychological differences based on when you were born is a completely far-fetched concept.
Disease Risks
Correlation does not equal causation, but...

You love finding out "why" (why people think or behave differently or similarly, why the sky is blue, why music can affect neurotransmitter production...any why question at all).

Yes, especially when it comes to the human psyche & behavior (psychology major here).

You love having intellectual discussions.

Hahahahahaha!!! Anneke! I must admit.... not by choice but it did happen!!

Do you sometimes interrupt someone while they are still talking, to give your own opinion?

I may have tried but I'm not very good at it. As with my little brother, I pretty much have to let him accept that a conversation will really be a monologue for him.

Have ever played Sims until you are confused when coming back to reality?

BTW: Affinity is up and running. You may have to register again.

I'm not really confused about the reality part. However, I do wonder
how in the world so much time slipped by without me noticing.

Have you ever gone on a riverboat ride?

I think everyone can have a bad mood day every once in a while.
Easy to get over.

However, a very sad day takes much longer to get by.

I recommend sunshine. Yep, that's it. A beautiful day with lots
of sunshine.

Would you ever accept a job that required a lot of travel.

I'm a massive homebody, but there are tons of places I'd love to visit, so I would definitely accept a job that required a lot of travel.

I admit that it would be nice.  However, my cat has decided
that indoor plants are not allowed.  His wishes are always
obeyed.

Would you ever attend a 'come as you are' party when the friend(s)
called without warning at 9:00 p.m. on a Wednesday night and you
were wearing your jammies?
