Here are a couple of pictures from my entries at SimPearls DOTY

Round 1 - rustic hallway

I messed up on this because I used a door that took up two tiles instead of a two tile door (what they wanted was what I would have called a double door)

Round 2 - Colonial living room

I messed up this one by making the room one tile too wide, I couldn't work out how I'd got two lots of candles against one wall unfortunately it wasn't until I'd posted the entry before I realised.

Round 3 - Shabby Chic dining room

Now I was just stunned that I hadn't been eliminated, but I did get a judges best picture and a WCIF on the ballet pictures.

Round 4 - Bohemian kitchen

OMG how to use colour without it looking awful

Round 5 - Scandinavian Study

Still here, I can't believe it in the past I've always been one of the first to be eliminated. Worried that I might have used too much colour in this one though. Did get a massive WCIF on the first pic.

Wow, such beautiful pictures. I love them all. I particularly like the bohemian kitchen and the Scandinavian kitchen. Hmmm, maybe I'll build a boho house, not done that before! I'm feeling inspired. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous pics

thank you everyone, I'm through to round 6 but only by the skin of my teeth interestingly I didn't nail scandinavian look according to some judges but did according to others. Anyway off to do a modern bedroom now.

It's fun to see your photos here. The judges did not think my office was Scandinavian (and I live in Scandinavia) and I can agree with that, for the part I missed, though I read everything several times that everything would be all right. I think you have a great chance to go to the finals So good luck. (I love yor Shabby chic diningroom)  :hypnos:

Thank you, I thought your entry was really good Tahoe as for the judging I got mixed reviews I had one judge give me full marks and said it was spot on but another said I'd not achieved it and got a lower mark.

thank you for all your words of encouragement, they are greatly appreciated.

Here is my Modern bedroom pictures from DOTY. To say I'm surprised I made it through to round is an understatement for real not just being modest here.

I thought that I'd missed the mark with this once I saw the other entries. Not only did I get in top 5 but had a favourite picture chosen to and an incredibly high score.

This is one judges favourite picture

Here a couple of my round 7 pictures, a nursery with a Fairy Tale theme.

My idea was that the play area is an enchanted wood leading round to a castle or Palace bedroom, with Sleeping beauty's spinning wheel and Snow Whites Magic Mirror.

Bu I don't think it's that good and very different from most people's who seem to have gone with a cottage in the woods type feel.

I think that the children's room 's gorgeous, I'd like to have comments from the judges on my JFF images.
I had a small complaint in the first round that I had a stove in the hall ... but I know some people who have it so I do not understand why it was wrong, moreover, someone wrote the composite I had forgotten door behind the stairs but after a PM so fixed it up but I did not understand it there with the door even before I read any question about it.
GOOD LUCK

Thank you, if you've been over to the pearl you will see that despite the lack of confidence in myself I actually made it through to round 8.
I'm still amazed that I got to go the whole way through and the other designers left are all outstandingly brilliant. Some of the designers I thought would out last me have gone, it's been really fun and very challenging.

Ivyrose: I saw this morning that you had gone on so congratulations. rose2 I actually had two favorites which one went out before me, which surprised me the second went out this time. I think the judges are doing a great job, I'm glad I do not have to choose but it would be fun to try. I remember that on the BPS, there were some races where they could vote.
GOOD LUCK (I think I'll make a JFF)

Here are some pictures of my industrial bathroom, I'm not holding out much hope this time. I don't think I've done a good job of this. I really struggle with this style and as I'm competing against people who can create objects I think there's something lacking in my room. It's been a wonderful trip and I'm really pleased that I got to almost the end of this contest. I've created a house made up of all the rooms that I'll post after the last round is announced. I will probably do a JFF entry as I think the house needs the whole nine rooms to be completed.

I think your industrial bath looks totally great, for my feeling of an industrial bath ;) I really like the way you use pipes in there and it has all the things you need for a room like this ^^

I think that there is wonderful bathroom, toilet corner with their signs, sinks and window makes it stand out. I hope that you get to do a JFF the last round unless I do it for my own sake.
The thing about making a house of any room is a great idea that I do not myself think about it.
GOOD LUCK.

It's Sims 4, thank you for your comments Moiread. Unfortunately I did not make it to the lats round, my pictures were fleet to be more Shabby Chic then Industrial. I'm not a fan of the Industrial look and found this rather hard to achieve the right look. I also misread one of the essential items. It said at leas one accent wall to be of brick, I misread the accent bit and thought it meant at lease one wall to be brick so I didn't add an accent wall. Typically I only realised the mistake after I'd posted the pictures.

Amazing rounds I love all the pictures you posts. You're a great artist with the Sims 4 .You have a lot of fun with it .
I am a bit fan of the heavy industrial and can tell you DID it ! I know working with the sims is always a challenge we don't find anything suitable for a theme given , we all doubt but we should not.
