and Tilly suggested,, to ask crissi for new smileys

I'll ask crissi, or maybe she wants to add 3 or 4 smileys
because I had already send an few smileys to crissi
but, maybe doing crissi there are still a couple, if I ask!
I do not know

I can now also send the smileys
you copy them to your map :coffee:

I have always organised my downloads folders similar to you Suzanne.....I used to take photocopies in my Sims 2 days omgtext and write the details on the copy!

Then  I found a much more effective way
Create folders!!!
Website, creator, name of set, picture
Then I have folders for builds, clothing, objects, hair etc.

When I first started playing the Sims with CC I just threw everything into my folder and called it a day. Now I have different folders (General like furniture, then subfolders like bedroom, living, etc). Its much more organized this way but I'm not wondering if I should go even further and add artist folders within the general and subfolders too. I primarily stick to the same artists but have some random things from others. This is why I love this forum! uhu

So glad that my way of organizing is working for some of you. I always know where to go to find what i need. Have not been feeling well lately, taking a rest from the computer for a bit. But, I shall return.

Help: I hate to sound stupid but, Why isn't my beautiful signature not showing up in the game. I am doing something wrong and I bet its real simple.

I have to admit, my DL folder is a total disaster area. I have just done a big tidy up, but now lost my terrain paints on some houses! shame

Anneke,  I love all the smilies!   :girlie5:    flirty    summerB7

CC - I still try to have individual creator folders because it is easier to track down particular items that way...

..unfortunately, I do such long download events, by the time I get to the point of opening zips and rars,  I'm not always sure which creator provided the cc!  dontgetit

Hi All,

Here are the rest of the Brazil Mist pictures (from the Paradise Found JFF I did).

I finished the kitchen and bathroom areas (including laundry area in the kitchen and the closet on the bedroom side).

I envision this as a wonderful get-away rental for someone wanting seclusion, a couple on their honeymoon, or even a family with a few children (the living room couch folds out to a bed - or just sleep on the deck!)...

I've got 544 pieces of cc (some duplicates, as I used different swatches/colors). I'm working on getting it down to just the actual building, deck, pool, and landscaping...

So, I'm working on it! :Spring2

The cc file (currently) is 689mb. The lot alone is 209kb. I'm testing to see what shows up with just the lot (no cc).

I really wanted to show off the lot landscaping itself; just one reason there are so many lot images.

Enjoy!
(I hope this is not too many... I just don't know which pictures I like the best, lol)

I've just briefly looked through the photos but I love them all! The kitchen area looks so warm and cozy with the tones you picked. I could sit at that table for hours enjoying my meal and a good glass of wine with friends. And then we go outside and see the sweet little spot in the shade to read a book. Those red and pinkish trees are perfect for the setting. The location of the bungalow is just breath taking. I love the views you've given us of morning through evening. Basically I'm jealous of the Sims who get to live there.

Outstanding job, Suzanne! :flowersmilie:

Szanne..... you have done a marvelous job with this house you created!

I love the way you took the pictures to bring out the most in every room. I really like the colours you used.... and how you allow it to run from one part of the room to the other, and then to the next room!
You toned it down perfectly with lighter colours. I am in awe at what you did here, and if this is the house you want to share, I am telling you, it will be a hit and I will be among the first to download it.

Do you take ordinary screenshots? My screenshots of the neighbourhood are never as clear as the one you took of the view over the ocean. My little yachts are very grainy and your picture is so clear!! and gorgeous.... I want to go there myself.

Love it!!

All right I'm back! I had a moment to look at things properly, so I've had a tab open with the list of photos and keep scrolling up and down to look at them again and again. My opinion still stands that you've done a marvelous job. This would really be the perfect little getaway spot for a couple. The colours you used are similar but nothing runs into the other or is hidden. The beach access is great, too!

You would become a very popular lady if you uploaded your home for download, Suzanne. :sunny:

This would be such a wonderful house to live in. I love it!

Anneke, Anita, Alouette, and Easter - thank you!!!  flirty

I take in game pictures; I don't do anything to them. I think it is my hardware setup. I have not been really happy with the lighting in ts4, so take pains to make sure everything looks right in the game.

I'm testing the lot export to see what I can leave (everything to some things). If everything, I have a lot of work to do in order to track down everything, lol  (500+ items of cc), so I'm looking to just keep the landscaping, building, pool, floors, and walls and see how much cc that would be). The lot itself is small; the current exported mods files are 698mb total... ohno

Working on  it!  runcircle
