Lorry, it took about 2 seconds for them to see the water and jump right in. They really are water dogs!

That sounds lovley Kristen. We are heading into the middle of winter here in S A .
But where I stay now, it is still kind of warm. Except for this morning..... it became extremely cold last night, so I am dressed in my warm clothes today.
In summer we have temperatures of up to 45 degees Celcius, and this morning it went downt to 6.5, which is quite cold comparing that we have temps during the day now of up to 20 degrees celcius.
Actually quite nice to be staying in S A..... we don't have extreme weather here.

I live in the north of Europe and here it's summer, but today it's raining. I actually prefer autumn and winter over summer ans spring, so it's not my favourite season. Though I'm excited when we get some rain and thunder whilst everyone else is let down. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that my freetime is 99% sims 4? haha :)

Thank you Sam <3
I love to make Photos. I have so many...they fill a lot of cartons and crates...lol
But I have just a handfull on my Laptop. Because I love it to hold real Photos in my hands...or Photoalbums :)

Yes, its a very beautiful and peaceful Place. Our River - called Aare -flows right through the middle of the town. The one site is connected with the other site with many bridges. Some are just pedestrian and cycle bridges.

Tanja I love your pictures :girlie5:
You live in a very picturesque place, the view from your window is gorgeous! I love the transition from a stunning landscape to snow. Where I live we don't have snow, perhaps a little down the South of the state.

I couldn't live without snow! Christmas with Shorts and T-Shirt? Never ever...lol
Its so wonderfull to make a walk in the snow before we sit around the christmas Tree and watch the kids when they open their gifts. Outsite the window you see the snow falling down, and inside its warm and cozy... I love it! We celebrate christmas at the Dez.24 in the evening.

A lor of people think, that Switzerland is cold most of the year. But our summer...phew! They are damn hot! The heat starts mostly in May/June and go till September/October. Summer is okay, but I love Autumn and Spring much more :)

LOL I can't imagine Christmas without shorts and a t-shirt ROFL

I recall one Christmas where we were having a heatwave, 40 degrees and above leading up to Christmas, and dragging 2 small children around shopping for gifts. That was a nightmare.......lol I'm surprised my kids survived!

Lol Lorry :D
Yes, in Australia everything is different. It took a very long time until I found out, that in December is Summer and from June-August is Winter...lol.
I think it would be very interesting to have one time in my life a christmas time in Australia :D

The funny thing is Tanja, our weather is extreme......

I would struggle with the cold weather of Switzerland and you may struggle with the heat of Australia. Visitors have been known to collapse with the high temps!

LOL but don't let that deter you though, just don't visit Australia in January and especially February summer15

Spring is beautiful here which begins on September 1.......hope to see you soon giggle

Awww Lorry <3

You can't believe how often I told my Hubby, thats my dream to visit Australia one time in my life! I have this dream since I'm a Teenagaer!
When I watch Dokus on National Geographic or Animal Planet - my favorite TV canals btw - about Australia, I felt in Love! The only thing what scared me are the spiders! AHHHH...I know in Australia live the most dangerous ones! And I HATE spiders!

What a beautiful place you live in Tanja!

You have absolutely stunning views and I love all the green mountains :D

(I am also loving your siggie - did you make it?)

The dessert can be quite beautiful although it is very stark. Once you look long enough, though, you begin to see all kinds of colors and gradients of texture.

Here are a few from Red Rock (from February 2015) :D

Thank you, Lorry - those are just on the edge of town - Red Rock Canyon. I'd love to be able to do another walk hike - we ended up at a secluded waterhole - just wonderful! <3
