This one is for recoloring paintings using photo studio in SimPE. I haven't done it this way myself as I just use object workshop for everything, lol. I know a lot of people used this, and it has pics! HERE

I think there's a button at the top in SimPE. I don't have SimPE anymore, so cant tell you exactly. Perhaps go with crazy tulips tutorial instead. The second link I gave you. That is for object workshop

Thank you Crissi
Here is the first one..now in this picture you see the picture this person is going to use is in the top left corner and also in the preview..I don't know how to get that picture in the preview..and at the bottom area..something to do with downloads but I have no idea what they are talking about..

Here is the link to that page..
HERE

With the other one..it's a document that I had to download..tilly had given it to me..and it's 14 pages and I don't have a way of making a screen shot on this..

I know I will be working on this all day today..my game is messed up and I have been ignoring it for a few months now..but can't any longer..and it's also affecting the computer..when I start to load it and when I get out of the game..

Hi Sam ... I am don't using that either .. but I've read that Tutorial and it seams to be
very good to follow step by step.

To display the preview - have you checked the small preview button? You need to
do that before you start and import the picture you have choosen.

Thank you Crissi

Now I finally got the picture in the preview..and I have it as a package..now it said something about taking that preview picture and coping and pasting it into Photoshop..but I have no idea how to do that..
For some reason my print screen on my keyboard don't work..maybe it's because I have dropped it so many times and one of my keys are broken off..that one is one that I never use..even Suzanne tried to help me with that print screen button..didn't work for her either..

Now it said to..well here is the next step I need help with..

Copying and pasting: Select the picture you need to copy - you can do that with a right-click on it,
a window appears and you can move with the cursor to Copy.  Now you can paste it to the place you want. Another right-click, the windows pops up and you can move with the cursor to paste .. Its Done ♥️  I hope you can understand my technical english Sam :girlie5:

Alternative you can copy the picture - and save it on your computer (create a folder for it p.E. ), so you can use it in an easier way and whenever you need it again.

I have tried to follow the Object Workshop one..and I am further in the Photo Studio than I am in the Object Workshop..

But if I can get a simple step by step with pictures of the Object Workshop I will do it that way..

This taking pictures of each step I don't understand is driving me crazy lol.. runcircle

I can't copy and paste the picture that is in preview..I am not sure how to do that..and I can't right click on it either..??? sorry Crissi

So you would always have access to it .. thats what I am doing

That is a good tutorial over at MTS2, I saw it before, but didn't realise there were pictures attached. You could scroll down to the bottom Sam and you will see the pictures. You just have to follow every step and you will do it!

Yes I am saving them before..but it said to copy and paste the picture that is in preview and put it in Photoshop..but it won't do that..and then on that next step it has the picture of the one with all those squares..?????

I seen that tutorial..but don't understand that one either..but will try it again..

It took me months to finally learn how to do walls and murals..but this recoloring things is much harder..

Thank you Crissi and tilly :cutehug:

Hi Sam .. its a settings related problem .. I guess you just need to check something in the settings.
If you can't find it .. you can also deinstall and install SimPe again .. that should work too.

And sweetie - believe me - we all needed so long to learn recoloring, to understand all the single programs which you need to work with. So please don't give up. And I am absolutely sure when you breath deeply and start again - you'll do it sweetie. Step by step .. read the instructions more than one time (I know what I am talking about .. hehe ..). You'll rock it!!
I am just learning recoloring for Sims 4 ... and its a start from scratch for me ..
So don't worry :girlie5:
