Just thought that I would drop a line to say hi to everyone! Absolutely, amazed at everyone's talented display.
I must say I am envious.
Just barely tolerating the heat. I am seriously thinking of moving up to the cooler areas of Arizona next year.
I still have not opened my Sims2 game.... Having many problems with my downloads folder.
Have been looking at rescue dogs to find a small Chihuahua. No luck yet.

I never realized I had such a severe anxiety problem till Kai was gone. My stuffed animal " Baby girl" is not much help
Take care! And keep up the wonderful work. I see many new faces. Great!!!

Hi Renee, Good to see you here.
I have been suffering from the heat too. England has actually been hotter than some parts of the Med. Thankfully, it has gone back to normal now, but phew. I don't know how you live in such heat. I just cant bear it, even though I love the sunshine.
Aw, keep looking for a rescue. The right one for you will appear. There is a lovely TV ad here for The Dogs Trust. Take a look:

Thanks so much Tilly. That was adorable and here come the tears. I don't think we have that one here .. I will definitely save it.
I do plan to adopt but, I must find a small Chihuahua rescue as I live on the third floor and I always carried Kai up & down because of her knees. She was sixteen pounds and it took its toll. I am going on 74.. so no spring chicken!
I was working on a Sims house ( first time in months) I don't have use of my CC but, It's helping my horrible panic attacks. Last night was very scary for me and I still tremble at the thoughts I had.Have ordered a tape for this. I will get it Monday.
I know it the heat thing. Better today only 115 ha! Kai was my anchor. I didn't realize the anxiety till she was gone.
I fill the tub with cold water and jump in. ttyl Hugs for all!

Ah Renee, I do hope the anxiety will calm down rather sooner than later.
I had a Chihuahua once, the teacup breed, and she was the greatest little pet to have!
She was brave as well, I always joked about her feistiness, and said if she had to have a body fitting her braveness she would be a lion!!

If only we could be closer together I would give you a pup..... my son's girlfriend has a Yorkie and she just gave birth to four little puppies!! Two boys and two girls! Very very tiny..... they would also be easy for you to carry around. Coming to think of it.

Lisa, what a great video!! I enjoyed watching it very much..... and also teared up!

You guys are just the great! Your kindness and compassion are such a treasure during these hard times. Thank you so much! My niece is still hanging on. Your prayers are God sent.
I am watching the rescue teams for older needy dogs. But, Thanks Anita for your thoughtfulness. Tilly, I am saving that wonderful ad.

Guess what! I played my Sims last night for about 3 hours. I found that huge house in Pleasantville that I had converted into apartments. It had not saved so I started from scratch and I am not feeling any panic today! God is good!
Does anyone know why all my downloads now have the IE symbol in the instead of the items? Tried IE, Winzip, Google Chrome and Adobe? Thanks in advance.

Renee, I am so happy for you! And I agree with you, God is good!!
I have no idea why you would get that IE symbol.
If you have not figured it out yet, maybe you should start a new thread in the help section. I don't want your question to fall back behind a lot of other comments.

Sims have a way of getting one's state of mind in a better place...... worked for me so many times before.
