I had the most pain in the footsteps at the toes, yet I had a jelly in the ones shown in the picture. But they were still nice to wear.
The shoes were bought in a German shop, I was lucky when I had won a gift card in a magazine and it was enough for both the shoes and a pair of thinner boots.
Sam: I'm glad you found some new things but I noticed that it was for both sims 2 and sims 4 so I hope you noted it.

Oh, I love this store, Marie!!!

You did a wonderful job with the layout of the store and then filled it to the brim with amazing cc!

I love the shoes - I actually have two pairs of utterly fantastic shoes I cannot wear, lol...

...one pair are gorgeous high heels with peep toes in a gray suede and the other pair is similar to the pair you got... except they have coral strapping and are slide ons...

I can wear them if I'm sitting, but I am incapable of walking in them.

...I bought them, knowing I couldn't wear them (as I can no longer wear anything other than flats) because they were too beautiful not to get!

Yeah... even if we can't wear them, we still have to have them! :rofl301:

I've got the biggest smile on my face right now, TJ...

...I feel for your Daisy - my kitties are looking at me and wondering if I've finally gone off my rocker!

(funny thing? I don't have a rocking chair! LOL)

(Lilly is snoozing... she's used to it by now - my laughing *literally* out loud at what I read here!)

Suzanne: Thank you so much.
You're so funny, I do not know if I'm getting used to my shoes again so I'll get them sometimes and look at them.
It's hard to walk in them especially when wearing a toddler like I did.

PARADISE HOUSE
This house I built during a competition when we were going to build a patio next to a beach, but I was so inspired that I built a whole house.

Marie - I laughed out loud about your comment regarding wearing a child like you did when you were wearing you high heeled shoes! LOL, And, I can't imagine that! I remember when my own kids were little and I always wore heels to work. Not fun!

This little beach house is stupendous! And, I'm so glad you were inspired to do an entire house because I enjoyed going thru it. You have once again done a fantastic job of it! I love how you lined the property with palm trees and other tropical fauna! It looks great! And, that is one thing I sooooo miss about TS4 ... all the trees are gigantic! I like normal palm trees where I can see the tree (and the leaves) from the windows of my houses and not just the big tall tree trunks!

I love the bright colors you used too, it's such a happy, inviting place! And, you always put in just the right little touches to make it seem real! Like the little scrub brush on the wall in the kitchen near the sink! I've never even seen that before! I like the little tucked away laundry room too! When I was growing up our laundry room was tucked away in a little hallway that led to the bathroom and it had the same kind of doors. That bedding looks so soft and comfortable and the colors with the wallpaper looks great! And I had to laugh at the scales in the bathroom! You always think of everything! TYSM for sharing your wonderful beach house!

Your purse and shoe store is just darling, Marie! I doubt they have anything in my size, thought. giggle

This little beach house is a lot of fun. The splash of colors makes it bright and lively.

Thank you so much.

TJ: Translation with Google can be very fun sometimes. I like to make my houses realistic. When I grew up we had the washing machine in the bathroom and when we moved to a larger house we had the washing machine in the kitchen and then it was rolled to the sink when it was to be used.
Sam: It's fun that you like to see my pictures again.
Lorry: You may want to build the house in Sims 4 It would be great to see it.
Alouette: We have shoes of all sizes just to choose and wreck. I have been trying to brighten up my bright walls and white furniture with colorful pillows and in the bathrooms I always want color.

I actually remember this house Marie, just shows you what a huge impression your builds have on me!
The painting of the parrots is awesome!
You have decorated the house beautifully, with the ironing board giving the idea that it was used just a few seconds ago!
Great job!!

Oh, Marie - you give me such wonderful mental images - wearing your toddler grandbaby!

(I wore heels, too, TJ - never easy to do with carrying children and their bags and my purse!)

However, on to your build...

...Oh, My, WOW!!! What a great beach home, Marie <3

I love all the details you added... I especially like the dining area with those windows and the window sills with all the plants - so welcoming and what gorgeous views!

I love your exterior landscaping, too - it is somewhat of a passion for me and you do it so very well!

TJ - have you tried using moveobjects and basements? i.e., putting your palm trees inside an extended basement? I think I tried that once and it worked (but that may have been ts3 and not ts4... now, I'm going to have to try it!) <3

Thank you so much.
Anita: I thought I needed some colorful paintings on the walls, and I like the parrot with a lot.
Lorry: I look forward to seeing the results.
Suzanne: I'm so bad at landscaping I have a picture in my head but it will never be as I thought, but this time it worked quite well.

This house is brand new (The house has been downloaded from MTS) since I have done it a lot. I'm pretty bad at finding a good name (in English) so the name is a bit boring.

Marie this is beautiful :hypnos: You have so many 'pretty things' in your game. I really enjoy looking at your pictures, thank you for showing them.

The house is coming along, some things are difficult because they just aren't available in Sims 4. I have done the house, now it has to be furnished, oh and the garden!
