This is my first Thread Post as your resident Tech Guru. f

I hope this will help you to help us to help you, lol. :D

("A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words...")

Taking a screenshot is generally very easy - if you (a) know how to do it, and (b) have a great application to do it with.

First, I'm going to discuss the Snipping Tool, then I'll discuss how to use Print Screen with your keyboard.

(  I do not have, nor use a MAC, so I am not able to explain that; I do know, though, that the process is similar :D  )

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you are a Windows user, try the Snipping Tool. It is already on Windows.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Here are some links on where to get it and how to use it :D

Includes link to download the Lite Version

This is the important part of this page:

Where to find Snipping Tool in Windows:

Snipping tool is only included with Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista. If you can not find it, you can alternatively download the free tool Capture Screenshot lite which looks the same and works pretty much the same. The download link is http://www.gutmannsoft.com/en/screenshot/capture-screenshot-lite.php. (Make sure you click the download link at the bottom of the page to get the free version.)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here is where the link to download takes you:
Download Lite Snipping Tool
Here is how to use it:
How to Use Snipping Tool
This is the application I use when I put up screenshots.
This will let you grab pictures showing on your monitor from wherever you might be on the internet :D
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Also, if you use the Screenprint option on your keyboard, it will take a picture of whatever is showing - including your game.

You may have to search for where the image is saved on your PC, but that will let you take a picture of in game shots showing -  if needed when asking for assistance.

This way we can see it and that helps a lot! :D

This link shows how to take screenshots in various Windows (XP, Vista, 7, and 10) versions:

Here is where Windows 10 puts screenshots:

...and here is how to do it for Windows 10:
