Build a Lake house

Chicklet showed us this house she found:

And it gave me the idea to add it here as one of the challenges you can all participate in.
Though the picture is of a house in sims 4, you can build the house in any of the sims games.

For more info for a sims 4 house please see the topic HERE
and the videos by the creator of this stunning build HERE

You are invited to add the pictures of your build in this thread.

You are also welcome to post any comment or question in the same post!

Looking forward to see your creations!

Ah! What a great idea ... I love to rebuilt houses of other game versions .... till now I only did Sims 3 houses - this will be my first Sims 4 rebuilding, so I´m very anxious which challenges in detail I´ll have to master in Sims 2 with this house. bravo And the video is so helpful ...  flirty
Thank you so much for this idea - I´m in. lolly

LOL Suzanne you'd better start combining some of your projects onto one lot. laughloud impatient

The speed build for this house was one of the first I saw from this builder. Its very creative (these and the under water houses are SO cool)!

LOL, every single one of you!!!

I have been thinking I should just create everything in one build...

...in fact, I believe I've found a really cool house plan that I could build as a lake house AND have everything except the small house build, LOL!

...I've been thinking on it, hehe.

...now, I've just got to get working on it! laughloud

I have found a floor plan now I only have time to build.
Suzanne: I thought that deeply built a house on the water before I remember when there were so many flowers around the house / boat.

Oh, I can't wait to see, Marie!

Depending on the lake, there could be a whole lot of flowers! :D

As promised, I would also make a boothouse
I kept it very small,
So small 'that I did not even go for a stairway, lol
I also had a far too small place for this boat house
But I was too lazy to take another place...
Here is my little boat house
It has 1 bathroom
1 bedroom
Kitchen and living room
And a small terrace

bighugs2  Thank you Chicklet,.. it was very fun to make this boothouse

Poppy your boathouse is super.....I couldn't help but notice the blue vase with flowers!
It's very luxurious, and beautifully decorated throughout

That is super sweet and cozy! Also, I don't mind the small size at all. I think it is more impressive you could do such a beautiful build with such limited room :)

Beautiful build Anneke, I too was taken by the blue and white vase of flowers. You did a beautiful job in your small space.

My lake house is proving to be a far more involved build as I originally thought, lol. I'm contemplating sharing the exterior pics now and post the rooms as I finish them, lol.

Poppy - FANTASTIC JOB! I love everything, as always! You put things together in a way that I never would and it just works perfect! I spotted "Lorry's" vase immediately too! LOL And, I thought the same thing Melisa did, that you did a fabulous job with such a small house! I can't do small, cramped spaces at all!

And, I love, love LOVE the terrace chairs and table! I'd so love to convert that to TS4 if you remember where it's from, I'll check their TOU.

Chicklet. Thank you for your compliment. I appreciate it a lot
I already had the flowers vase. When Lorry asked for it
That's why I knew it was Milla right away
But I almost never use it
The chairs with the clothes are also from milla
And the dining chairs are from Anye- Pink Box
I just searched for you. But there they are not there anymore
And I no longer know where I had the sims3 anye seats
But here you have a sims2 site where they are still there.   HERE    Maybe you can do something about it now!
I must look for the sims3.. ok

darksyngr I am looking forward to seeing your boat house  f

What a darling little house boat you've made, Anneke. It looks like the perfect place for maybe a poet or a writer. It has a moody feel about it. By your photos it doesn't feel as small as it really is.
