Patty it is gorgeous! You really did a great job with the house.
If ever you want to share, I would love to use it.
I love the concept you used.... very modern .
And are those stairs for real??
I can just feel the breeze playing around with those curtains outside.
Bravo!! :bravo:

I love how this build turned out, Patty!

Everything came together and it is truly a modern build - I like the simplicity that is paired with some gorgeous art pieces and your use of whimsy, as with the curtains outside the pool area. <3

Brava!!!

Thank you, Crissi, for my beautiful signature <3

This is a great house, Patty. I like the concepts you used to make it feel modern. One thing I notice with modern homes is the kitchen is not blatantly obviously a kitchen. The cabinets make it feel more like a wall of storage. The rooms are separate but still have a cohesive feel.

Hello to all girls, today I wanted to introduce you to my container houses, so far I have made two a single and a condo I hope you like. Good Sunday to all. HappyDay

This is the condo, three floors with independent entrances, I chose to furnish the top floor and the roof leaving the exterior of the condo very simple and deliberately bare.

The condo roof

The outside of the apartment

The interior of the apartment, suitable for both a single and a young couple.

This instead is the single house, I tried to make it a home made from two containers but with a touch of luxury.

Designed for a young couple awaiting the first child, in fact I have equipped a baby room :inlove34:

Wow, Patty, both houses are really very well put together.
I like the second one, since it is done in my favorite color.... blue!!
But, to be honest, I would gladly move into either of them.
You have decorated both splendidly.... and I would love to be the baby whose room that is.
Well done!

I was very pleased to see you had updated your album, Patty, and now even more so to see these gorgeous container homes. I have been watching a few shipping container builds on Youtube and your's are just beautiful. Love the red of the first one but the second is my favorite. The beautiful blues every where are perfect! summerB15

I love both houses so much.
The bathroom in the blue house is absolutely wonderful; the gold-colored mirror of the rustic wooden shelves - what contrast.

Thank you Crissi for the beautiful signature

Hi, I would like to share the only Community Lot I have made.

The Podere Magnolia

I was inspired by the peasant houses of my region, I live in Emilia Romagna (Italy), our countryside and dotted with these beautiful houses and unfortunately many have been abandoned and left in ruins. In recent years, however, they have been recover and restored, some to make it private homes and others like the ones I have built to become farm holidays or B & B.
:welcome1: :feeldaluv:  A piece of my land.
