This is the home of the Caliente-Lotario family. I wanted to create an exterior similar to the Fyres home because they are neighbors.
This house has 4 double bedrooms, a large bedroom for the kids, a large kitchen and plenty of relaxation and amusement space.

These are houses that I had already created in part and whenever I find an item or set I like very much, I make the makover. It takes over a week to make over a 40x30 lot. For the ethnic residence I built from empty lot it took me almost a month. I definitely prefer small lots because while furnishing them do not miss the inspiration. Very often I leave them halfway and we return after so long because I miss the fantasy. Now I'm attracted to renovating the apartments in San Mishuno and from a home I've never finished!

Ah... I feel better, Bea, lol :D

However, Lorry and Marie and Nikki pull these together fast! As does Patty and Anneke, heheehe...

...Me? I'm just really slow, LOL!

It's not that I'm fast, is that many of the homes that are already over, apart from those of the mini-challenges you find them all on MTS.

I'm curious to see when, with the expansion of dogs and cats, we will have a whole new scenario to fill: Brindleton Bay. I've read that there is another lot 64X64, I hate them; then there is a 40x40 lot and I hope smaller lots. It will take a year to fill them.

Whatever look you set your mind to you pull it off perfectly! All of the whites with the pop of color in each room works really well. koalahug
