Beautiful job as always, Lorry! I don't think it feels bare at all. I have not seen that dog yet so I added it to my collection of deco animals for TS4. I am beyond stoked for Dogs and Cats but for staging and decorating, these cuties are the way to go. A Cat looks like she wore that pup out! giggle

Alouette thank you for your lovely comment bighugs2
I love that dog! You have to follow Leo on Patreon to get it......but well worth the money.
I'm with you on staging pets in pictures, they are just so cute.
Did you notice A Cat's eyes match the walls! giggle I thought that was rather cool!

Wow you girls have mad skills for sure! I'm gonna finally try my hand at this one too, but I'm sure I won't come up with anything nearly as awesome as what's already been done!

Nikki - Your room is so happy! I love pink anything! And pink and blue together is even better! I picture a very sophisticated yet funky California chick living it! It's a wonderfully awesome take on a beach themed house with the starfish and flamingos!

Chica! - Your room is amazing! I knew you'd be able to come up with a stunning design like always! I love the pops of color with that black sofa and rug! And, those candles are awesome! (Pink! Pink! Pink! my fav!) And, that puppy is absolutely adorable!

Thank you so much Crissi for my beautiful signature! *hugs*

Whew, finally, after umpteen attempts, I have managed to complete my living room and stay within budget!  When you first look at the challenge, you think "Ok, this is cool, I've got this"! and then "WHAM" that budget gets you, LOL!

My colors aren't exact, but they were my interpretation of the dark blue and plum. I hope you enjoy!

Cost breakdown:

Walls                    $   38
Fireplace                   30 (seriously, it really is $30)
Floor tiles                   8
TV                          605 (I had a less expensive model but decided to organize mods and lost it)
Paintings                 314
Chair                       160
Sofa                          20 (Yeppers, that one's true too)
Pillows                     269 (With a sofa that cheap, what the hey, splurge on pillows)
Tables                      804 (Well, ya know, I really did like them)
Rug                           30
Lamps                     286
Plants                      160
Misc Decor                205
Grand Total           $2,829

A beautiful room Debbie!
I agree with you about the pillows! LOL, being more expensive they compliment the sofa perfectly!
I am happy you were having fun with this too!

Oh, Debbie! I really wanted to see your pictures, but they are no longer available...

...would you mind sending them to me? You can drop them into skype if that is easier...

Thank you, in advance...

...I really want to see your room renovation <3

I'll be going back in and fixing my albums soon, stupid me thought I was deleting pictures that I thought were mistakenly in a particular album and too late realized I was deleting images instead, LOL! But I will get to it soon, thanks for being interested.

I had that issue with the whole Photobucket thing...

...replacing images.

...However, I did manage to delete 55+gb worth of cc once. I had to purchase an application to resurrect it all from my recycle bin! (Did I ever tell you about that, Lorry? You can laugh at me, too, heheheheh)

Don't feel bad, Debbie - I'll wait AND yes, I am very interested! <3 <3 <3

Now that does surprise me..... I can't help but laugh, and I do this because it's exactly what I would do if I had done it!

If you don't laugh then will cry.....not doing that giggle

Oh, I screamed, lol...

...and yelled at myself.

...then I went and found a solution rofl301

Sigh - I know if I had been unable to retrieve it, I would just have had to go through redownloading it all and this was, thankfully, easier and faster and - more importantly - doable.

I say the last because it took me about 3 days before I noticed! ohno

Actually, I was able to retrieve it all with the application I bought...

...it found all sorts of "deleted" files/folders in the recycle bin area...

...even after 3-4 days (3 to notice, 4th day to get it back).

I am eternally grateful for the application and it is a lifetime purchase, so if I ever do it again, I'll already have the tool to fix it...

...still, I truly felt like a complete idiot! rofl301
