Midnitetech has shared an entirely empty world, which I think is a 'MUST HAVE' for builders and Simmers who prefer to construct their own towns.

I have checked it out in game, I can build anywhere, with no restrictions  :girlie5:

Below is a link to the download

Wow, Sims 4 didn't come with blank templates/neighborhoods? That is just messed up. I'm glad someone made blank maps at least.

Great, that's nice like you said it, not just for players but for builders like me, I will check. Thanks Lorry.

This is interesting.
I have deleted many of the EA lots in my different neighbourhoods.
Only left the gym, bar etc in one of them. Now all my sims meet up in one place.
And it gives me more space to do my own thing.

This will be great for the builders.

I know I am going to use this world as soon as I finish my next build!

We can place commercial lots from the library that comes with the game, I think we just have to put in some Sims, I am looking forward to NOT having nosey neighbours mostly.

This is awesome! It looks really neat. I am glad there are Simmers willing to put so much work into things like this and share it.

I don't always clear the lot.  Sometimes I take the house that is there and improve it.

Matt I totally understand......I have done to many 'makeovers', it will be nice just to focus on playing the Sims for a bit.

Oh yes, I had to play with my creations, otherwise, to me, what is the point?  I like to make mine functional yet pleasing, as I am sure you have seen ;)

I have seen that, Matt. Your homes are indeed spacey.
So is Lorry's!

It is important for me that a lot should be playable.
I will sort out the nice, but my sim people need to be able to walk around without difficulty.
And I need to see what they are up to, LOL
