ok so ive been quiet lately as i have tried to make paintings, wallpaper was too hard, so ive converted my pics to png files, gone on sims 4 studio chose a pic put a name in ,a discription,a price gone to file and saved as.i then drag and dropped it into my game and i get a question mark, ive watched a tutorial on you tube but its different to my sims 4 studio and im confused, can anyone write me a step by step instructions in plain english ,dont get too technical, that a 60 year old lady whos not brilliant at this type of thing can follow, and then my grandaughter will be happy.phew, sorry to be a pest.no good skyping cause of time differences, and i have hospital appointments ,babysitting, dog walks ,days out so im quite busy.its 6am here at the moment.any help would be most appreciated.

Hi Boffleyboo :D

I found a Bakie video on how to do this in sims4studio and photoshop...

...do you have photoshop?

You need that (or GIMP, which is free) in order to add your image (the png you made) to the mesh file. Then you save as another png, then go back into sims4studio to create the package file.

...Bakie talks fast, but you can pause the video and backup/go forward as much as you need.

This video is longer (and I did not watch it - it is 5:15am here and I need to get some sleep, lol):

Once DOTY is over in June, I will be more than happy to write out steps for you (if you still need this information by that time).

Hi, Boffleyboo (lol, this is getting to be a habit - me responding in the middle of the night!).

Here is a recent tutorial on how to use GIMP for recoloring: smubuh GIMP Tutorial

I suggest making this larger so it is easier to read <3

She is doing a shirt, but the steps should be the same (or at least similar).

Please let me know how this works out :D

LOL, Boffleyboo!

Yes, Blender is the application (by the simming community, anyway) mostly used to create meshes.

I believe there are several tutorials on that, as well. :D

Take a look through sims4studio's site - they have a great tutorial section there <3

...if you need some help finding one though, please let me know.
