Old Tavistock Railway Cottage

This little period 19th Century cottage was once
a railway house alongside a busy station.
Now run down, a bit forgotten and in a distressed state,
it manages to make a comfy home for some simmies!
Railway tracks run alongside the garden where
a derailed train still lays, not having had any attention
for a very long time.
The station itself has long since closed.
The house itself is a warm,cosy cottage,
with one bedroom, bath,kitchen and sitting room.
This is definitely one of my favorite houses.
This isn't a new Lot, its been in my game for a while!
