Family Home with Outside Entertaining Areas!

This two-story home has everything a socially active family could want: Kitchen, Dining, Living with Fireplace; an Office
with Meditation Area, and is fully landscaped with several entertainment areas including a mini greenhouse.

*3 Bedrooms^
---Master Bedroom includes a Terrace
*2 Full Bathrooms^^, one on each floor
*Kitchen
*Dining with access to Covered Patio
*Living Area with Fireplace
*Office with Meditation Area - access to Pergola and mini greenhouse
*Laundry Room - add a washer and dryer to this great space!

*Two Outside Entertainment Areas
*Fully Landscaped

^Bedding in the regular bedrooms uses recolors that may have been added to the MTQ Decorator set instead of the Player set.
Please be advised that you will probably need to remove the bedding and pillows in these beds in order for sims to sleep in them.

^^Upstairs bath is shared with both shower and tub. You ~~may~~ will need to adjust
the location of the shelving above the bathtub to enable sims to take a bath.
