This is the edited version of my original Beach Bungalow, no more pay items etc.
Sorry it took me so long to do this, theres a lot of things going on recently.

I was meant to upload a farmhouse i've been working on but the file size was way too big, so i created this!
It costs 31,199. Bon Voyage is required, however i do own Pets, Freetime, University, Glamour Stuff, Open for Business and Nightlife, so you'd probably need them for it to work aswell.
