I’ve tried to remove all unnecessary items but install it with the clean installer and remove anything you do not want. If you happen to have some missing plants then check out my Miasmata Conversions. I think everything is in there but just in case.

All furniture in the house is Maxis made. I’m not sure which expansion packs I used furniture from (except the IKEA stuff pack) so beware that it might not install everything if you do not have all of them.
