Sea Glass Empty Sea Glass

Sea Glass

A small cottage close to the beach, blends the rustic style of the area with contemporary design, giving this little beach house a rustic, yet modern feel.
This one bedroom Lot is spacious and open plan in design. Featuring a bedroom and en-suite bathroom upstairs, which leads onto a small balcony area. Perfect for watching the world go by.
Downstairs has a large kitchen/dining area, a formal sitting room and a cosy snug. It also has a small artists studio space.
The garden has plenty of space for parking a boat or two, and a lower level dining patio with sunbeds to catch the afternoon sun!

Residential Lot
Fully furnished and landscaped
Some items may require University and Nightlife EP. (Usually fridges or deco).
Cleaned with Clean Installer, so no unnecessary files, where possible.

I am always amazed at your ability to dd something new about the sims 2 that I have never seen!
You are very talented indeed with building and decorating the houses!!

I normally don't download houses only because I tend to redo them and I feel the creator of that house worked so hard on it that I feel bad redoing it..but this time around after looking at this house for so long I am downloading it..

I saw this lot on tumblr and I'm in awe at the landscaping and how realistic it looks. This is something I desire to learn how to do. I have so much content in game and saved on external storage and I want to learn how to utilize it so I can create the lots for my game that I see in my mind. This is a wonderful lot and I admire how it's decorated and landscaped. :hearty:
