Always liked small 1 story houses. But I suck at designing so I end up making huge monstrosities, which are basically big boxes put next and on top of each other in perfect symmetry and without character.

And they look positively boring.

So every time I see creations like that I 'm like "why can't I do that? It' simple. It's a 1 story house. It's small. And it is absolutely fantastic!!!"

My sims and I thank you Lorry for sharing this amazingly cute, cozy little house!! :) :) :)

I love Mid Century Modern Homes.......they aren't very common in Australia. I only became aware of this architecture when I was playing Sims 3 and I installed Lucky Palms.
