TS4: Barnham Broom

Barnham Broom is a modern but cosy style home for your sims.
Step inside this rustic, autumn retreat, set amongst a lovely landscaped garden.
Whether you prefer to sink into one of the comfy chairs to enjoy the captivating views or step out and explore the walks and wilderness with one of the resident dogs,
Barnham Broom is blend of comfort with beautiful things collected and loved over the years.
Contemporary style with some original period features, the house has a huge private decked area and a balcony.
It has 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The ground floor has a large kitchen/diner and a separate dining room with a bar: perfect for a hot toddy!
There is also a spacious sitting room with views onto the garden.

The house is partly furnished, decorated and landscaped.
