Wow! What a gorgeous modern house! I LOVE the textures you chose for the outside and the landscaping (my downfall!) is absolutely perfect! This is the kind of houses I like to D/L. Landscaped and decorated outside and an empty shell inside!

A beautiful house Livia! I like the different textures to the outside. It really compliments the house.
I am happy to see the open interiors as well, makes it very easy to decorate.

Ah thank you for sharing the picture, Livia! I have been renovating the Landgraab residence, never realizing the lot size.
Does is matter on which of the two lots one put the house?

Anita, the lot in the middle is a park/community lot. You will need Zerbu's Venue Change Mod in order to make it a residential lot.

Either 50x50 lot is cool... but go in the game and open them in build mode so that you can take a look at them... that will help you decide which one you prefer :D

Do I really need the mod from Zerbu? I have bulldozed other venues and changed the lot type to residential and I have had no issues?

I don't know, Anita...

...I've installed that mod in all my game loads in case I want to change the venue type.

It is more than possible that EA has corrected this in a patch and I just didn't hear about it.

So... if without the mod, you can change a community lot to a residential lot, please let me know. It will mean one less mod I need to have in my game loads! :D

I found this house on the internet on Homelesssims and its gorgeous I cant wait to add it to my game I am waiting for pets to come out so i can add it to brindleton bay. Its really an awesome build I wish i could build and decorate like this. I have yet to see a build like this one. very unique!
