This house did start out as a Sims 3 EA makeover, and although the floor plan is similar,
the exterior is nothing like the original.

Evie

was built on a 40x30 lot

It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom

Chica! Your talent as always just blows me away! Seriously! Your houses are always so amazing and actually PLAYABLE! And, you always stick with the style I love so much, the whole mid-century, modern slanted roof vibe! I can NEVER get enough of your stunning houses! (Now, if I could only find the time to actually decorate them! LOL)

One of these days when my RL job is stressing me out and I can enjoy my free time, I will decorate them all!

I like this House!! now I'm waiting for the expansion to come out in a few days, but I want to try it in the modern windenburg area and decorate it and the same for another your House
