Keep in mind that if you don't have one or more of the packs - objects used from it/them will be replaced with objects from Base game or missing.

Lot size 20x30. Unfurnished - 40.032 Simoleons. Furnished - 91.809 Simoleons.

I love this home Mimi..

I started to make a wallpaper out of that same tree trunks then thought well nobody will ever use that..but it really does look great in your house.. :cutehug:

I love the splash of colour you added to the bedroom with the painting.
And the nautical lamp in your living is to die for.
Your pictures are so clear and bright..... I ca remember from playing sims 3 that the rooms were always so dark! How do you do that?

Mimi - I don't know how I missed this! This house is fabulous! I absolutely love how cleverly you've placed some items, like the bookcase in the corner in the wall! It makes it appear built in. For a CC free house it looks amazing!
