TS4 Shaped Duet

This is my first build offering as a Resident Artist at Bloom. I wanted to create something extraordinary for all of you.

I hope that I have accomplished what I set out to do.

Shaped Duet is a duplex build envisioned as an owner unit and a SimsAirBnB unit built on a 20x20 lot in Brindleton Bay. Coming from my imagination, this is a place I would love to live in real life.

The lot size will allow you to drop this build anywhere :D

Owner Unit, #7
Living, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry, & Powder Room downstairs with a full Master Retreat upstairs.

SimsAirBnB Unit, #8
Living, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry, and 3/4 Bath downstairs with two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs.

Both units are fully furnished and decorated and include patios and balconies. They share a common area that includes a pool and jacuzzi.

All cc is directly linked in the Credits & Links.pdf for your convenience. You can choose to get just the cc related to the building itself, or get everything.

There are several items of cc included, and I thank the wonderful creators at Bloom and elsewhere who have allowed me to include it via direct permission or TOU.

OMG Suzanne! It was a long time coming, but it turned out beyond my wildest expectations! You did an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G job on it! The textures and objects you used look awesome! Heck I want to rent that other side myself! I love that gray wallpaper in the bathroom!
