Shoreham Wharf

Shoreham Wharf is set right on the waters edge of Brindleton Bay. This 3 storey house has a large kitchen, dining room,study/recreation room and a shower room in the basement. The first floor features a spacious open plan living area, snug and TV room, which leads out onto a patio area, perfect for enjoying the views from your doorstep. The second floor has a study or reading area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a lovely terrace to sit and enjoy a good book or glass of wine!
The house is fully decorated and landscaped and is partially furnished.

Wow, another amazing job, I love those wall panels in the bedroom. I also love how it has a countrified-city look, or is it a citified-country look? Not sure that it matters, it's just fantastic either way. Thank you for sharing.

Tilly this is honestly one of the best builds I've seen for Sims 4, oh gosh it's a 'MUST HAVE'
I love the furnishings you have chosen, the external brick and of course, the animals!

Tilly - This is my DREAM HOME! Seriously! I love the natural elements you've used and the lot you put it on is absolutely perfect! It's modern yet rustic and homey! I'm packing my bags!

Seriously, I agree with Lorry, this is one of the most gorgeous houses I've seen for TS4! It's is soooo realistic looking and furnished fabulously! Cozy and lived in but not cluttered!

Tilly, this is amazing! I would instantly moving in there! It looks so realistic and natural! And I love, that you - and many other House Builders here - don't clutter your houses a a mess :)
I love clutter very much. But when I download a house its sometimes frustraiting with all the messy clutter. I wanna clutter it myself :D

I loved going through every room, and think the exterior of the house is absolutely gorgeous!
