for your downloads ... are you using the Sims2packCleanInstaller

It's the best way for downloading, if this is another problem, I have no idea but I will look for.

Yes, I do use CleanInstaller, but before I can do that I need to extract the file from the rar. file :( Maybe the problem lies with MediaFire. I'll try later again. Thank you for all your help.

@ MaAlet : Is that the problem could be from your rar folder ? thank you for keeping me informed MaAlet. On my side, if I can, I try to find a solution

Hey MaAlet: I've downloaded and unzipped the file and it works for me too.
Perhaps you have to re-download the file again (I've heart that this way helped people in the past when they had similiar problems with any kind of zipped files).

If that doesn't work - try to de-install your winrar-programm and install it again (sometimes there are any conflicts which can be fixed that way).

Take a look on this screenshot and you'll see that the file is unzipped via Win-Rar:



I hope you'll get the problem fixed soon again - or feel free to ask us again..
