Farthing Alley

A bit worse for wear, in a rougher part of town. Farthing Alley is a one bed house, in need of a little TLC. Perfect for a couple who might want to tidy it up a bit, or a Sim whose a bit short on simoleons!
This house has a kitchen, living area and downstairs bathroom. Upstairs has a good sized bedroom.
The garden has been neglected and is a bit overgrown....
Fully furnished and landscaped.
Medium residential Lot.

OMG! I know already which sim will move into this unusual house. It is a solitary sim and handyman who will do a vegetable garden and will plant some fruit trees. I don't know yet if he will have the courage to repaint the walls. laughloud

Tilly, I love this house!!!
The fact that you pay attention to even the smallest detail make your houses so real!!
I like the loveseat you have in the livingroom!
It would be a shame if the new family change anything about this house!
