Charterhouse Mews

Mews is a traditional British house, which were intitially a row of stables below and living quarters above. They were built around a paved yard or courtyard in London, during the 17th and 18th centuries. Today most mews stables have been converted into very expensive houses and are among the most sought-after houses in London. A small mews house will cost around £7 million to buy!

Part of the charm of a mews house is that it is tucked away from the bustle of city life and is a 'hidden gem.' These picturesque houses make memorable living spaces.

Charterhouse Mews is a typical mews house: built for Sims and it doesn't cost millions of Simoleons to buy!
It has a ground floor with a kitchen, large bathroom, sitting room and garage area. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, one opens onto a balcony.
Outside is landscaped with a dining terrace and car parking.
I have Uni, Nightlife, Seasons and BV. (A lot of the cc is basegame compatible)
