Sunday Morning

Post by tilly on Wed Jun 07, 2017 11:27 am

Sundays mean sleeping in, pancakes and coffee, maybe doing laundry or calling that friend you haven't talk to in a while. Perhaps make a nice dinner with someone special, and then enjoy the night before returning to work the next day. This cottage is the perfect place to spend your day relaxing and enjoying the tranquillity.

Sunday Morning is a characterful cottage, set in a lovely, enclosed garden area. It has a spacious feel with large windows and lots of light. There is a large sitting room, which leads out onto a dining patio. Perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a Sunday morning breakfast outside. There is a small snug and wood burner, for snuggling in the winter months, or having a quiet read of a book or two. The kitchen is spacious, with a breakfast bar and there is a large dining room. There are several patios to relax and enjoy the sunshine, and a picnic area in the garden. Upstairs, there is a large, rustic bedroom, with a child's bedroom/nursery. There are two bathrooms.
The house is fully landscaped, with some furnishings included.

Enjoy!

This is a beautiful home and the name brings an image exactly what you have described. A perfect Sunday morning. I'm so glad to see you've found your grove in TS4!

OMG!! WOW! Wow! WOW! I am absolutely speechless! This house is absolutely gorgeous!! The landscaping is perfect! Not overly done and easy to care for. And, the interior is stunning! It's just so beautiful! You did an amazing job!

I'm soooo envious of all your talented builders! I have hard enough time just making "fake" houses to stage my creations in! LOL

TYSM for sharing, I am downloading this one for sure! It's just so open and airy!

And, I totally agree that the name is so befitting of this home!

BTW, I've never downloaded a house from you, do you have a CC list for all the CC you've used so it will look like you have it, or are the furnishings included?

Hi TJ, Thank you. :girlie5:
No, I don't include all of the CC, due to file size and creators T.O.U. I do usually keep the "full cc" house, but I unwittingly forgot to save it this time around! Duh thinking

Thank you Lorry! Yes, all of my houses are released here first! I'm still getting the hang of building with sims 4, but I'm enjoying it more now. You can do so much more with building than sims 2. Problem is, I try something new, but it always ends up in my typical cottage style, lol summerB15

I wish Origin would bring back TS2, even for a limited amount of time. I'd be all over that.  impatient

I've saved your beautiful house for whenever I get a computer that will support the Sims again. I miss it.
