And mine always end up in modern style......lol that's why I love your cottage style so much, I can't build that way.
I think we are very much influenced by our living environment.

Yes, TJ, I think you are right. We just don't have any modern structures here (There are many in the big cities of course, but even then, its mostly tudor, Victorian or Georgian houses) Where I live, its very much a cottage style (except for the typically british style suburban houses)
Yes, Alouette, are you not playing sims right now?

My computer started having issues back in May. I thought I got it fixed but when I try to start the game it crashes again. We're looking at reformatting it, it just takes some time. So in the mean time I'm sitting here drooling over all the pretty cc and builds!

Lol! Well I have a laptop that is oldddd but I don't think it would support any support of Sims game. Not even TS1 at this point. giggle We were looking at parts to build a new computer this weekend, so we may just do that and see about reformatting my old one! I didn't lose anything in my crash fortunately. I always back up everything just be safe, but I sure wish I had a computer that supported my game. I can't wait!

Alouette - It might be a graphics card issue. I was playing Second Life for a long long time, and all of a sudden when I was playing it would crash back to my desktop. I took the graphics card out and used the onboard graphics card to test it, logged back into Second Life, and although the graphics were horrible I did not crash. So, I tested again by putting the graphics card back in and logging in again .... Crash!

So, I fried my graphics card, bought a new one and everything was fine again.

Just didn't know if you had already checked that.

hmmm Now that you mention it, I had similar issues to TJ about 6 months ago.....got my computer tested, and it was the graphics card and some RAM that was the problem. Once they were replace, voila, FIXED

LOL I bought my new graphics card with the shopping money giggle
I've got my priorities in the right place, although my hubby didn't really agree!

LMAO! *high five!!

That so sounds like something I'd do, but more than likely I'd just put it on a credit card which is almost worse! LOL

I work from home, so I have to have a reliable PC and internet so that's a must for me

Hi Tilly, I was curious to see the cottage, but I saw that in some areas like Sims3 houses and also your cottage I can't see it, so I was just wondering if it's simply because the preview of the house isn't shown or else, sorry am completely new here. Thank you.

Hello Trizia,

The thing is that most of used Photobucket in the past to upload pictures but since it switch to pay all the pictures are not showing up.

Since there're many pictures it will take some time to move them to a different image host and update all the posts from the forum.

Sorry about this and hope you'll have patience with us till we update all the threads.

Wish you a nice day.
