Denolariel Set Conversion
Denolariel Set Conversion
I discovered this set in my sims 2 downloads folder and remembered how I loved these in my sims 2 game.
I unfortunately did not take proper note of who the creator was. But whether the creator is Denolariel or whether the set was given the name, all credit for the original meshes goes to the maker of these great meshes.
I cloned all items with base game objects so everyone will be able to have these in their games.
What is included in the set: Living chair; Elephant deco; Genie Lamp and India Vases.
The deco objects will be found under Decorations Miscellaneous.
You can download the set here.

Re: Denolariel Set Conversion
Very nice. I know a living room set that the chair will go with, and I need the genie lamp!

Do you know where I can find the original Sims 2 version? I don't believe I've ever seen this set before.

Re: Denolariel Set Conversion
LOL! It was for the chair and the elephant that I decided to do the conversion.
I have thought of making another version of the elephant to be just a little smaller, but have not yet sat down to do it.
You two are making me a very happy simmer today! :loveflower:

Re: Denolariel Set Conversion
How Fabulous! I am just now seeing this post myself! And they are indeed wonderful objects!
And you know, I'm playing TS3 right now, and I kept thinking to myself I know I've seen these before! But, where!
So when I was in my game I started scrolling thru my stuff. These are all originally TS3 EA store objects! I currently have no CC in my TS3 game, only SPs, EPs, GPs, and store content and all but the Genie Lamp I have.
The vases and elephant are from the India Inspirations store set. The chair looks to be a stand alone store item called Moelleux Living Chair. The Genie lamp is something that came with Showtime and you would have to acquire it, it does not show up in the buy catalog.
So, you don't have to worry about not giving proper credit to the "mesh creator" and them getting upset over it, so whoever made them for TS2 converted them from TS3.
You're so awesome for sharing with us and taking the time to convert these so we can have them in TS4 too!

Re: Denolariel Set Conversion
Oh my I am so excited about this!!
It is wonderful when one's "older" stuff is discovered, it makes me look at it again as well!
You rock my world.
I am so happy you all like the set, and TJ I am so relieved to hear that I am not "infringing" on someone's "rights"
Now that we have the ability to make objects smaller, that elephant has come in real handy!
