So hubby bought me a lovely book for Christmas full of house plans



Here is the first one, a New home for the Owen family.

It's built on 64 x 64 lot way too big really it took me a whole day just to landscape it LOL. This one is unfurnished but I can upload the furnished one if anyone would like it.

The ground floor media groom could be used a a 5th bedroom but I decided to use the upstairs exercise room instead and the extra space that should have been the storage room. As there are no working cars in TS4 I also made the large 3 car garage as a play room.
The house has a kitchen and breakfast area, a two story high family room as well as the media room. The dining and living rooms are separated from the foyer by columns. There is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a family bathroom plus two bedrooms that share a bathroom in addition to the two bathrooms on the ground floor.

Yes Anita, I agree I got sidetracked creating that they've been neglected time to check in on them sand see how they re getting on.

Holy Wow! What a fabulously elegant home! And that yard! OHHHHH Myyyyy Goodness! That makes me not able to breath! LOL, I am so terrible at landscaping and a yard that size would have just made shut the game down for being overwhelmed by how to fill it all up!

Your house is absolutely gorgeous tho and The Owens will be tickled to death to move into such an awesome new construction when it's done!
