TS4: Ryecroft House

Well, I finally got there.....my first Sims 4 house!
I hated building at first, I just wanted it to be like Sims 2, but I remembered Suzanne telling me that I would love building when I got used to it....wise words Suzanne, you're right! So Tilly has her house building mojo back, lol.
I packaged this house using Sims 4 tray importer, so Ive no idea if this works or not.... impatient

I'm sure you will all let me know, so I can sort out any problems! giggle

Ryecroft House is a charming home, full of character, with a rustic, period ambience. Set in mature gardens, there is a patio for outdoor dining, overlooking the garden. The house has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a spacious kitchen/diner and a dining room perfect for entertaining guests. There is an art studio/living room for your more creative sims!

Anyway, here are some pics. Not the best, because I am still getting used to the darn camera in sims 4!

Tilly I'm glad you do not you have abandoned your taste
it's very beautiful what you did with Sims 4
though I must say honestly,
your sims2 is much more realistically
but I'm happy for you that you have so much fun in sims4
and you make it sims2 with you disyn

I agree, its sooo difficult to make Sims 4 look realistic. I think its the graphics in the game that make everything look so rosy, if you know what I mean. I made some really grungy recolors and they still looked nice and pretty, which wasnt my aim, lol. But im working on it, ha ha

Very pretty tilly..and congrats on your first Sims4 house..but I am with poppy..your Sims2 houses are better..but I am sure as you work with this you will get better lol..

Oh my gosh Tilly I downloaded your house yesterday only I didn't realise it was YOU!!
I saw the house somewhere else, fell in love with it and was directed to what I thought was Tiger Lilly giggle

I now realise it was Tilly Tiger ROFL

Tilly I just checked out your links........Do you miss Sims 2? That last house you did was kinda sad, being your last one I mean
BUT saying that, I have deleted Sims 3, and am totally devoted to Sims 4, I just love it so much

Hi Lorry, do I miss Sims 2? I don't think so. I think I had got to the point where it was time to move on, but I had always played just Sims 2, for years. Never played sims 1 or sims 3. I had Sims 2 exactly how I wanted it, with walls, cc etc. So it was easy to build a realistic enough house, which is what i mostly like to do. Any cc i create is usually for a house im building, lol. I also think Sims 2 has had its time.....my personal opinion of course.
I guess my last house was a bit sad as I had no idea if i would like sims 4, and I was done with Sims 2. I think my last houses for Sims 2, that I really enjoyed building was Whale Song and Lizzie Lane.....
When I got Sims 4, I hated it, didnt like the build arrows, the shiny effect, the camera or the lighting in game. But I stuck with it, built a few houses and now im kinda enjoying it all. I haven't got it all worked out yet, but that's the fun of it, lol.

I was hoping that sooner or later you might come back to Sims2..but after seeing this last post of yours I know you have really moved on..I really hope you enjoy Sims4..and look forward to seeing more of your Creations for it..

Tilly I never thought I would like Sims 4, but like you I wanted to move on. I'm so glad I did, I am finally trying new things with all aspects of Sims 4 and I just wish there were more hours in the day for me to experiment!

I will never move on..nope I am :onstrike: with Sims3 and Sims4..I am just learning how to do Murals..and next is recoloring for Sims2..yep..this is my plan to recolor everything in game stuff..yep, yep, yep..and find everything I can to do Murals..yep, yep, yep..this is my plan.. thlol
